There is no compromising on the fact that your nutrition and exercising, or lack thereof, is hugely important to the quality of your health. You cannot argue that no matter how much you may want to, though. This is about how long you would be doing them during a regular workout, but this way you're working it in creatively without forcing yourself to go to the gym.
